one of three indispensable theosophical classics
Light on the Path was the first of three treatises which occupy a unique position in Theosophical literature. Next in time came The Voice of the Silence by H.P. Blavatsky. The third of these guide books to the practice of the deeper spiritual life was At the Feet of the Master by J. Krishnamurti (Alcyone). These three are 'intended for the quickening of the evolution of those who are on the Path' (C.W. Leadbeater Introduction to Light on the Path).
